Memorial Day Parade
West Fargo will hold a Ceremony for WWII Veterans at park
Moorhead is carrying on as usual, many stops, Ceremony at Armory
Holy Cross (new) cemetery- we haven’t been contacted
Who is going to put out flag on graves?
Are times going to be the same?
Bridge Name, Flags have been remounted
Resolution passed in ND. MN will vote on Trasportation Bill in last week of April. Bridge name included in bill.
ND State Senator John Syverson, Mn Laning and Marquart
Bridge Signs design, plaza on Mhd side.

Roabalo they have met and are thinking of late spring or early summer.

County Commissioners meeting on April 12 (post-poned)- We haven’t heard anything since the canceling of the meeting
MN Legislatures concern for returning war Veterans-no more to report


New Business
Metro Area Mayors committee for the disabled, banquet: Committee agrees to become more active, join the Mayors committee and submit a veteran for the next banquet.
4th of July Parade, Permit and Insurance: We will be working with Moorhead for 4th of July Parade about 12:30
Military night at the Red Hawk Stadium Aug: This may be put on hold because of the Budweiser sponsorship may be changing priorities.
Veterans Day, permit
Viet Nam Week at the Air Museum starting on 4/30
Tri State Veterans has a link to sign Petitions in support to save Air Bases.

Next meeting, time and place Fargo Legion May 23rd at 6:30PM. Spaghetti is being served at 6:00pm
