Additions to Agenda: None.

Minutes of last meeting: No corrections. Wally 1st, Nicholson 2nd,
carried.

Treasures Report: $1,026.40 dedicated to Cass County Flag Awareness. Of
this, $423.36 is for flags, $300.00 for Mayor's committee. We paid
$1,500.00 for Redhawks T-shirts. The remaining balance is $3,740.09.

Motion for $423.36 for flags to go to bridge signs. Olson 1st, Ellefson
2nd, carried.

To accept report, Nicholson 1st, Buckingham 2nd, carried.

Guest speakers: None.

Old business: Veteran's Memorial Bridge:
1. Palatino lettering; Buckingham 1st, Nicholson 2nd, carried.
2. Jerseys to be auctioned at Redhawks at Military Appreciation
Night June 26, 2006. Give proceeds to bridge signs.
3. Official mailing address: Care of American Legion, 505 3rd Ave.
N., Fargo, ND 58102.
4. Metro Area Mayor's Committee for the Disabled. Those attending
were: Long, Jorgensen, Ellefson, Woods, Richardson, Rice.
5. Memorial Day Moorhead VFW Bridge 7:30 a.m., Moorhead American
Legion Armory 11 o'clock program. Guest speaker: Bob Hanson, Commissioner
of Veteran's Affairs, Mark Waggeman, MOC.
6. Independence Day parade: Noon at MSU. More to come.
7. Redhawks tickets and Military Appreciation Night - June 26,
2006. Commanders to issue tickets. All color guards please attend.
8. New VVA Chapter 971 in Moorhead. Meetings 3rd Thursday Moorhead
VFW. Chapter's name is Donald Mack McDowell.
9. Clay County Veteran's Service Officer has been hired part-time.

New Business: None.
