Bridge- see Tri-State web page for design. Ed Milligan volunteered to get a bid from Dakota Stone Design.
Colored signs showing the future Veterans Memorial Bridge granite sign will be posted in the service organizations with information asking for donations. Donations are to be sent to the American Legion, United Patriotic Bodies “Special Account”, 505 3rd Ave. N.

Memorial Day-Jim Haukedahl organized Boy Scout troops to distribute flags throughout Riverside Cemetery. Jim requested in the future that at least 2 service organizations are needed to help in this process which can begin up to 4 days before Memorial Day. The scouts need a “service project” for their advancement so let’s continue encouraging them.


Mary Helm and Linda Heltjemes spoke to us about status of Medal of Honor for Woodrow Keeble. It has been ok’d by the Secretary of the Army with Rumsfeld and Pres. Bush next to ok. Mary talked about another round of veterans who served with Keeble
